Personal and confidential advice is easily available if you or someone you care for has a problem of bladder or bowel control.  Phone our Helpline and talk in confidence to a specialist nurse. She (rarely he) will be able to give you the information and advice you need and also tell you where to find your local NHS specialist continence service.  Or you can email or write.
